Everything on this page is optional and off by default. Settings are remembered per account.

Patient information

Adds a short paragraph, after the impression, that explains the result in plain language and gives practical advice. It is written from the impression, uses no jargon, and is separated from the clinical report by its own heading so it can be left out when you paste. Intended for patient-facing portals where reports are released directly to patients.

Billing suggestions

Adds suggested CPT and ICD-10 codes derived from the study and findings. These are suggestions for your coding workflow and are not a billing determination.

Signature

Appends your signature block (name, credentials, any attestation text) to every report. Set once on the account page.

Critical note

The Critical Note button inserts a standard critical-findings communication paragraph (who was notified, when, by what means) for you to complete. It is a text insert; the application does not send the communication itself.

Report history

Your recent reports are available under History and can be reopened and edited. See Data handling and retention for what is stored and for how long.

Feedback on a dictation

Report an issue with this dictation at the bottom of a report sends a structured report to the developers: the study, which features were on, counts and timings, and your description of what went wrong. The text of the report itself and the indication are deliberately excluded from that payload; the application is built so that report content cannot ride along with feedback. If a case needs to be discussed in detail, email signal@gighz.com and we will arrange a secure channel.

Quality indicator

After generation, a quality indicator summarises completeness: whether an indication was given, whether the impression addresses it, and whether optional sections were requested and produced. It is a prompt to review, not a score of clinical correctness.

This page is generated from documentation that ships with the application (docs v1.2.2). Version numbers, prices and trial lengths on this page are read from the running system, not typed by hand.
