Voice commands
Applies to GigHz Precision AI v13.35.3 · Last reviewed 2026-10-13 · Questions: signal@gighz.com
Commands are recognised only when the whole utterance is the command, so a finding that happens to contain the same words is never intercepted. The microphone keeps listening while the browser tab is in the background.
Punctuation and structure
| Say | Effect |
| "period", "comma", "colon" | The punctuation mark. "Period of" and "period in" are left alone, so "a period of six months" is not cut. |
| "next line", "new line" | A line break in the transcript. |
| "next paragraph" | A paragraph break. |
Editing
| Say | Effect |
| "scratch that", "delete that" | Removes the most recent utterance. During live fill, if that sentence has not been placed yet it is removed from the queue; if it has, its placement is undone. |
| "revert liver to default", "reset the bones section" | Restores that line or section to the template's standard normal. |
| "clear all", "start over" | Empties the transcript. |
Templates
| Say | Effect |
| "load template fistulogram" | Loads a built-in template by name (fuzzy matched). |
| "load my template chest house style" | Loads one of your personal templates. |
| "load SIR template paracentesis" | Loads a template from the Society of Interventional Radiology library. |
| Naming a scoring system ("LI-RADS category", "Bosniak") | Runs that scoring macro on the dictation so far. |
Report control
| Say | Effect |
| "generate report", "create report" | During live fill: finalizes the live report. Otherwise: generates the report from the transcript. |
Keyboard
F4 toggles the microphone. Clicking any report line opens it for hand editing; Escape closes it.
Tips
- Name the study before anything else; that is what brings the template up.
- You do not need to say "findings" or section names; the engine files each sentence by its content.
- Say "period" when a sentence ends if you want to be explicit. If you forget, the engine decides from the words, not the pause.
